At Essential Wear (essentialwear.pk), we strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
- Processing: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving confirmation.
- Schedule: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
- Calculation: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Exchange Policy: For returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for Rs. 350/- replacement charges, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Local Delivery (Within Pakistan): Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Peak Periods: Please allow extra time during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent via Email or SMS along with your tracking number.
- Tracking details usually become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Custom Orders
- We accept advance payments on custom-made orders.
- The delivery timeline for custom products may vary depending on the design and production. Estimated timelines will be shared during order confirmation.
6. Delivery Delays & Address Issues
- Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, courier issues, or extreme weather. While Essential Wear is not responsible for courier delays, we will actively assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure all shipping details are accurate. Essential Wear is not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Process: Email/WhatsApp photographic evidence of the issue.
- Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement, and delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.
8. Important Notes (Exclusions)
- No Returns/Exchanges: Not available for clearance sale items, mystery boxes, or special deals.
- Color Restrictions: White, neon, and beige/skin-toned items are not eligible for size exchanges due to hygiene and staining risks.
- Non-Refundable: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect.
